Vision Health and Fitness is an independent gym on Crowhall Road, one of two Vision clubs alongside Gateshead, with one membership covering both. Its website describes the Cramlington gym as 30,000 sq ft, with male and female changing rooms and showers and a protein bar selling shakes and snacks.

The gym is built around strength training, with a full range of Hammer Strength plate-loaded and pin-loaded machines, an S.B.D area with Eleiko benches, squat racks and deadlift platforms, a mirrored dumbbell area from 2.5kg to 60kg, a core zone and cardio kit including StairMasters and ski-ergs. Classes such as Hyrox, HIIT, BoxFit, CycleFit, boot camp, yoga and Pilates are included in the membership, and there is a junior membership for 14 and 15 year olds.
