Sambuca Cramlington is an Italian restaurant in the Glasshouse on South Mall at Manor Walks, part of the Sambuca restaurant group. It serves freshly cooked Italian classics from midday every day.

The restaurant has a children's menu, step-free access and an accessible toilet. It takes bookings for groups of up to 30, and asks parties of more than 12 to call so the room can be set up.
