Girlguiding Northumberland
County headquarters of Girlguiding Northumberland, whose Cramlington Division runs Rainbows, Brownies, Guides and Rangers units across the town.
About Girlguiding Northumberland
Girlguiding Northumberland is the county organisation for Rainbows, Brownies, Guides and Rangers, and its county headquarters, St Oswald's House, is on Doxford Place in Cramlington. Units in the town belong to the Cramlington Division, which also covers New Hartley, Seaton Delaval and Seaton Sluice, and the county has reported Cramlington Rainbows, Brownies, Guides, Rangers and a Trefoil Guild in its annual review.
Girlguiding does not publish individual unit meeting places. Parents register a child through the Girlguiding website, choosing up to three nearby units, and the local team gets in touch when a space comes up. The headquarters is an office and training base, not a meeting place for units.
