About JMAPS (Northumberland MSK & Pain Service)

The Northumberland Joint Musculoskeletal and Pain Service (JMAPS) is a partnership between Northumbria Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust and Cora Health. It sees people with musculoskeletal conditions such as back, neck and joint pain, and persistent pain, and its clinic locations include Cramlington (Northumbria Way), Blyth Community Hospital and Wansbeck.

If you are 16 or over you can self-refer by phone on 03301 244 652, and adults over 18 can also refer online. A chartered physiotherapist will usually assess you by telephone first. If you need a specialist assessment, your GP may need to refer you.
