Tynedale v Chester (National League 2 North)
Tynedale's first XV host Chester in National League 2 North at Tynedale Park, on the club's Past Players Day.
About This Event
A top-of-the-table meeting: Chester arrive third in National League 2 North with Tynedale one place behind in fourth, after home wins over Harrogate (47-26) and Heath (42-24) and a bonus-point victory away at Wharfedale. Chester have had the better of recent meetings, winning the last four meetings, three of them by seven points or fewer. The game falls on Tynedale's Past Players Day 2026, part of the club's 150th season, when former players and friends of the club are invited back to Corbridge for a pre-booked three-course lunch and hospitality before kick-off. Match-only spectators pay on the gate. The Raiders (v Barnard Castle) and Colts (v Morpeth) are also at home the same day.
